One way to book a bed is to call us: +49 (0)30/60057527.

Alternatively you can book by e-mail. We recommend following proceeding.

We book according to the so called CBPs 3 Mails System.

 

1st Mail: You send a mail with:

  • the number of persons, 
  • the room category you wish to book,
  • the planned arrival and departure date incl. approx. time,
  • your name,
  • your age,
  • your adress.

 

We answer within 24 hours with the

2nd Mail: We inform you, wether your wanted room category is available for the desired period. Otherwise we will offer an alternative.

 

3rd Mail: Finally you use the 3rd Mail to confirm that you will book the offered bed bindingly.

That's it!

 

Important: The 3rd e-mail is the decisive e-mail. After we receive it the bed is booked.

Please confirm your arrival 24 hours in advance by telephone or e-mail. If you don t we have to give your bed to some one else.
